Join us for our 60-minute classes and witness exceptional results. Two classes per week are recommended, but our dedicated students often find themselves training every day. If our class schedule conflicts with your work hours, don't worry. We also offer individual lessons to accelerate your learning process. During training, it's important to adhere to these guidelines:

  1. Maintain personal hygiene. Be considerate of others by keeping your body and uniform clean.
  2. Show respect to everyone, including instructors and fellow students. Good conduct fosters a positive environment.
  3. Leave your ego behind. Embrace the learning process, have fun, and don't hesitate to laugh at your mistakes.
  4. Prioritize safety by focusing on proper technique. Improvement comes through mindful training.
  5. Arrive on time for class, and if you're running late, seek permission from the instructor before entering.
  6. If you need to leave class early, please inform the instructor in advance.
  7. Prior to rolling, always show respect by bowing or shaking hands with your training partner, honoring the BJJ tradition.


In Jiu-Jitsu, belt promotions are based on individual progress. Our dedicated instructors closely monitor each student's journey, considering both skill level and their capacity to assist others in their improvement. With an average training frequency of three to four times per week, you can typically expect to earn your Blue Belt within a year, Purple Belt in 3-4 years, Brown Belt in 5-6 years, and Black Belt in 8-12 years.
